Brett Lee - Our Team
Brett Lee
Brett has worked in teaching and educational administration for over ten years and remains deeply committed to students’ learning and growth. Before joining Bloom, he held roles at the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the HKSAR Government, where, as a Senior Manager, he led a range of education projects and initiatives. These experiences have given him strong skills in curriculum development, programme design, and collaboration across different teams and communities.
Brett holds a double Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Melbourne and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in English teaching from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He later completed a Master’s degree in Ethics and Public Affairs at Hong Kong Baptist University with a merit-based scholarship, further strengthening his ability to connect classroom learning with real-world issues and ethical perspectives.
With many years of experience teaching the HKDSE curriculum, Brett now serves as HKDSE Curriculum Development Coordinator at Bloom. He is focused on building a thoughtful, forward-looking academic pathway that supports students in both public examinations and future study choices. He also values close partnership with families and is committed to working alongside parents and colleagues to support students’ academic progress, personal wellbeing, and character development.
