Vision and Mission

Saint Too Bloom Academy is more than just a school; we are a community dedicated to igniting the deepest potential in each student and cultivating the next generation of compassionate creators and social innovators.

At Bloom, we understand that preparing for the future means embracing interconnectedness—not only among academic disciplines but also between individual wellbeing and global challenges.

Our goal is to shape mindful pioneers of the future, attuned to the complexities of our world and dedicated to its stewardship and peace. With a foundation in our four core values—Creativity, Principled, Contributing, and Balanced — we offer a unique educational experience that integrates a bilingual curriculum with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and wellbeing.

We believe that entrepreneurship cultivates many vital skills, from critical thinking to financial literacy, from human-centered design to leadership, preparing students to be hopeful and optimistic leaders ready to tackle global challenges.

Supported by exerienced educators, engineers, and entrepreneurs, Saint Too Bloom Academy is committed to hands-on, real-world learning through industry internships and a strong STEAM Studios program that ensures our students are not just ready for the future, but actively shaping it.

Join us at Bloom, where education meets innovation and every student is prepared to add value to the world and to lead with integrity and innovation.

Creativity at Bloom is about seeing the world not just as it is, but as it could be. This value encourages students to engage in innovative thinking and problem-solving, harnessing their imagination to devise solutions that benefit society. We empower students to see the world through the eyes of others, fostering empathy, compassion, and critical thinking. It encompasses a willingness to explore and experiment, fostering an environment where new ideas can flourish and lead to transformative outcomes.

Being principled at Bloom means upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct, with a steadfast commitment to sustainability. This value ensures that every member of our community acts with honesty and respect for others, demonstrating moral courage in every decision and making choices that not only advance our individual goals but also contribute positively to the broader community. It emphasizes the importance of making environmentally responsible choices that support long-term ecological balance, leading by example in the pursuit of sustainable practices that protect and enhance our planet for future generations.

Contribution at Bloom Academy is about making a positive impact on the world around us. This value inspires students to use their skills, knowledge, and creativity to address real-world challenges. It promotes active participation in community service and social entrepreneurship, emphasizing that true success comes from helping others and improving the environment we all share.

Balance at Bloom Academy is deeply inspired by the ancient Chinese value of 中庸之道 (the Doctrine of the Mean), which teaches the importance of moderation and harmony in every aspect of life. This value is a cornerstone in our approach to education, where we aim to blend academic learning with practical application. By integrating scholarly studies with hands-on, real-world experiences, we ensure that our students are not only well-versed in theoretical knowledge but also proficient in applying it meaningfully.

Furthermore, we advocate for holistic development, emphasizing that a well-rounded education includes the nurturing of the mind, body, and spirit. This commitment to balancing academic rigor with life skills and personal growth ensures that our students are prepared to face the complexities of the world with a balanced perspective and thrive both in their personal and professional lives.

Care, Think, Act is our education model that addresses our students' holistic development: their wellbeing, positive mindsets, disciplinary thinking, and engagement with the community.

At Bloom Academy, we embed positive education into every aspect of the school. Through our daily campfires, where character and positive education are taught explicitly, students learn to take care of themselves and those around them. Our project-based curriculum also asks students to engage deeply with, and thereby care for, their community and the world around them.

A key pillar of our curriculum is the cultivation of mindsets: growth mindset, creative mindset, entrepreneurial mindset, and sustainability mindset.

Instead of viewing knowledge as subjects, a mere collection of dates, actors, formulas and facts, our students engage in disciplinary learning where they learn to think like a mathematician, artist, engineer, or historian. This gives them diverse ways to make sense of the world and many ways to solve problems and apply knowledge.

Our school’s bias for action comes through the service that students take on for their community and our incorporation of project-based learning at every grade level. In grade 2, for example, students collect and analyze their own data of temperature and humidity to study the natural world using the scientific engineering method.
