Saint Too Bloom Acaedmy Capital Levy

Saint Too Bloom Academy (the “Academy”) is a private educational institution which receives no regular funding or grants from the Hong Kong Government. In order to meet the long-term financial commitments of the Academy, a Capital Levy program will be introduced in August 2025 (for 2026-2027 academic year onwards).

Please note, Capital Levy will be collected from students who are enrolled on and after 2026-2027. Students who were enrolled before the 2026-2027 academic year are exempted.

The annual Capital Levy charge is HKD25,000/student/year (pending EDB approval), unless exempted under specific conditions or under financial assistance.

Funds raised from the Capital Levy are expected to be used in new or systemic overhaul of:

1. Infrastructure capital expenses

2. Technology capital expenses

3. Equipment capital expenses

4. Safety and Security capital expenses
