Dickson Leung is a caring and dedicated school social worker committed to supporting students’ whole-person development. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling from the University of Wales. With over eight years of experience in counselling and student support, he has worked across school and community settings, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, and wellbeing programmes for young people.
At Saint Too Bloom Academy, Dickson works closely with students, teachers, and parents to create a safe, welcoming environment where every student can grow emotionally, socially, and academically. He plays an instrumental role in facilitating whole-school assemblies and Christian fellowship, helping to nurture a caring, values‑driven community. He places strong emphasis on early intervention and personalised care, tailoring support plans to the needs of individual students. His goal is to help learners build resilience, empathy, and self‑awareness so that they can face challenges with confidence and develop healthy, balanced lives.
Before joining Saint Too Bloom Academy, Dickson served as Student Wellness Manager at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where he provided emotional support, academic advice, and wellness initiatives for university students. He has also collaborated with various social service organisations to support the emotional and developmental needs of secondary school students. Drawing on his strong background in counselling and youth development, Dickson continues to advocate for student mental health at Bloom by offering professional guidance, compassionate listening, and a steady presence for students and families.
