Grace Poling - Our Team

Grace Poling is a university guidance counsellor and dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in college admissions and higher education counselling. She is deeply committed to helping students navigate the increasingly complex global admissions landscape and achieve their aspirations for higher education.

Prior to joining Bloom, Grace led a team of counsellors at YCIS (Hong Kong) as the Careers and University Guidance Counselling Coordinator, where she also taught university preparation classes and provided individualized guidance to IB students throughout the application process. She has experience working closely with students, parents, school leaders, and university representatives to ensure informed decision-making and successful outcomes.

Over the course of her career, Grace successfully guided students to leading worldwide universities and Hong Kong, including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial College London, LSE, Brown, Georgetown, and NYU among many others. She also contributed to developing a university guidance curriculum, established counselling best practices, and strengthened partnerships with universities and families.

As the previous Associate Dean and Director of International Recruitment at Ohio Wesleyan University, Grace agained extensive experience in admissions, scholarship selection, and international recruitment. This unique senior institutional perspective not only enhances her work at Saint Too Bloom Academy as a trusted college counsellor, but also equips her with deep insight into how students can best present their strengths to align with what top universities seek.
