Raymond Lee - Our Team

Raymond Lee is an experienced and committed educational leader with a strong background in international school leadership and academic development. As the former Deputy Principal of his previous school, he played a key role in driving school improvement, supporting curriculum development, and strengthening teaching and learning across the institution.

Raymond is a life-long learner. He holds a First Class Honours from Imperial College and Master degrees from the University of Cambridge and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has been teaching Mathematics since 2001, and has had a wide exposure to different curriculum systems including IGCSE, International A-Levels, Advanced Placement and HKDSE.

Raymond has noteworthy experience in academic leadership, teacher development, policy formulation, and staff appraisal, with a particular focus on building a positive and high-performing school culture. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with teachers and school leaders to enhance instructional quality, support professional growth, and ensure that students receive a well-rounded and rigorous education.

Raymond is dedicated to fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. His leadership experience and commitment to educational excellence make him a valuable contributor to any international school community, and now to Bloom Academy.
