Violet Fung - Our Team

Violet Fung is a dedicated and accomplished Chinese educator with over seven years of teaching experience in Hong Kong secondary schools. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in Chinese Education from The Education University of Hong Kong and a Master of Arts in Chinese Literature with Distinguished Academic Honours from the University of Macau, alongside a Professional Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from The Chinese University of Hong Kong—multiple credentials that uniquely position her to support students' academic, emotional, and holistic development.

Violet's experience with the Hong Kong DSE curriculum is manifested in her exceptional familiarity with its examination framework, syllabus guidelines, and official marking schemes. She is adept at delivering all core Chinese modules, encompassing reading, writing, classical Chinese, listening, and speaking. Her keen ability to analyze common student errors and fill learning gaps enables her to design targeted interventions that help every student build confidence and master the skills necessary for examination success.

Beyond classroom instructions, Violet has cultivated extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to student welfare. She has provided ongoing academic and emotional guidance to students, served as an arts and crafts tutor, and assisted in organizing career exploration and university application workshops—all contributing to the whole-person development of her students.
