Through her solid background supporting students with diverse learning needs, Winnie Fung became a caring educator, passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Working closely with the Bloom Learning Support team, she designs individual learning plans and personalized strategies and she develops the resources essential to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Winnie collaborates regularly with industry professionals including Educational Psychologists and Speech Therapists to coordinate support and implement effective interventions. Her experience includes managing various aspects of school operations, overseeing external support services, and ensuring resources are effectively allocated to benefit both students and staff. Her approach puts great emphases on understanding each student's unique challenges and strengths while encouraging curiosity, resilience, and confidence.
